Everything was absolutely incredible, from the customer service to the room and rooftop pool. Beautifully maintained, and probably the best customer service we’ve ever had! They gave us custom recommendations for cultural activities for the night, and made our stay during our honeymoon extra special with a hand written note and chocolates. We even got a hug goodbye! The space is beautiful, but what really made it above and beyond are the smiling, kind, warm and welcoming people who work there.

Very good location for visiting the Pelourinho and other important tourist sites in Salvador. Comfortable older hotel that has been very well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. The weekend breakfast buffet was fabulous — weekday breakfast was good, but not quite so great. Surprisingly quiet for a large hotel in s busy city.

The kindness and professionalism of the staff. High reference to Luciana one of the concierge and Jessica during breakfasts. But overall staff at the restaurant, pool bar, room services and front desk were of an incredible kindness. Location is perfect. Breakfast is amazing and relaxing at the pool during the sunset is an unique experience

The hotel Resteraunt food is so good ! The staff is so kind. So friendly. So welcoming. From the entry doorway to the rooftop , the staff did not disappoint. The rooftop pool is beautiful with the bar / Resteraunt as well. The hotel is just a vibe, all around. Very antique designs and setup but they’ve kept up with it well. You can walk anywhere in vintage Salvador from here as well. Easy for cabs to find. Great location. Very safe.

it was amazing experience! location is the best in town, right in the historical centrt. stuff was super attentivex thanks Luiz for early check in! wonderful breakfast, ciol poil area wow sunsets! bed, ltowels etc - premium quality hotel surprised us with welcome sweets and lovely laverder saches for better sleep very boutiqy experince

Rooms are comfortable, the hotel is charming and cozy, the pool and bar at the rooftop are amazing, with great views, music and services. Location is also amazing, close to Pelourinho, and the historic center.
